Creating a Healthier U

MHealthy ChampionsThe university is on a mission: create a workplace culture of health where our faculty and staff thrive. Achieving this goal takes small changes that happen one unit, department and area at a time. Be a part of this change - sign up as an MHealthy Champion!

Champions are staff and faculty members who volunteer to help create a healthier workplace within their units. With MHealthy's help, you'll be able to:

  • Tailor health and wellness programs that best fit your area's needs
  • Determine and work to achieve your area's health improvement goals
  • Grow your area’s healthy workplace culture

If you are enthusiastic about health and well-being (this does not necessarily mean being the healthiest person in the office) and like to positively motivate others, then learn more about how to become an MHealthy Champion here.
