Active U Autumn is Back – Register Now!
No matter where you're working this fall, Active U Autumn is one thing we can all do together. MHealthy's eight-week physical activity challenge is back to encourage the entire U-M community to get moving.

Register today and start logging on September 20. Active U Autumn is for every fitness and activity level. All faculty, staff, students, U-M retirees and spouses/other qualified adults (OQA) of U-M employees can participate.
Be Well Your Way Virtual Event, Oct. 6 and 7
Join us October 6 and 7 for self-care, connection and expert advice you can use right now. MHealthy is again hosting its all-virtual "Be Well Your Way" event featuring special presentations on:
- Creating social connections
- Ergonomic tips for work and home
- Budget-friendly cooking
- Financial well-being
- Yoga and meditation
- And much more!
All you need is 40 minutes to participate – register for one topic then stay for several!

Get the Shot, Not the Flu
Millions of people get the flu each year and hundreds of thousands are hospitalized or even die from flu-related causes. Flu vaccination is highly recommended and is especially important during the COVID-19 pandemic to protect yourself and those around you from flu.

Leaders Creating a Culture of Connection Mini Workshops
Many of us continue to adapt to our shifting work environment. Leaders and influencers looking for ways to help their teams thrive, should attend MHealthy's 30-minute "Leaders Creating a Culture of Connection" workshops.
These virtual "mini" workshops focus on strategies to build social connection, reconnect with your team and reinvigorate a culture of well-being in your area.

MHealthy Champions Help Create a Culture of Well-Being
Having an MHealthy Champion in your area is one of the most effective ways to create a culture of well-being. Whether you’re working on-site, remote, or a combination of both, as a Champion you can help to inspire your coworkers and foster connection within your unit or department.
If you like to motivate others, are enthusiastic about health and well-being, and would like to help tailor activities to fit the needs of your coworkers, apply to become a Champion!

Better Choices, Better Health® – Are you feeling overwhelmed with managing a health condition, struggling with pain, or experiencing symptoms that are affecting your daily life? Get support without leaving your home through this anonymous, six-week online workshop. New sessions are starting now. Available to U-M employees, retirees, and spouses/OQAs.
Mental and Emotional Health – Free and confidential counseling services, online screenings, support groups and workshops are always available to you. Additionally, all U-M health plans cover mental and behavioral health services.
M Farmers Markets – Locally grown fresh produce returns to U-M! Visit the M Farmers markets at the University Hospital Courtyard on September 16 (11 a.m. – 1 p.m.) and East Ann Arbor Health Center (EAAHC) on September 22 (10 a.m. – 1 p.m.).
Virtual Cooking Class Series – Interact virtually with MHealthy dietitians and chefs and get tips for saving time, cutting costs and creating foods you and your family will love! Attend September's two-class series for $20. New classes each month!
