Good Night, Sleep Right Challenge Coming March 7*
Getting the rest you need improves your physical and mental well-being. Good Night, Sleep Right is an eight-week challenge designed to help improve your sleeping habits and sleep quality. Registration opens March 7 on the MHealthy Portal, powered by Asset Health. Logging starts March 21.

America Saves Week is February 21 – 25
What better time to commit to saving than during America Saves Week. Each day focuses on a different theme, such as saving for retirement, the unexpected or to reduce debt. Information and resources to support your financial well-being is also available on MHealthy's website.

Prevent Computer Vision Syndrome
Constantly staring at our computers, phones or tablets can cause computer vision syndrome, or digital eyestrain. To reduce your risk, follow the 20-20-20 rule. Every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet away for 20 seconds. Find more tips and recommendations, including setting up your onsite or remote workspace, movement breaks, remote and in-person consultations and more.
