Welcome to MHealthy Living! Supporting U-M faculty and staff's health and well-being

From the Chief Health Officer's Desk
I hope you are already familiar with U-M’s model of well-being and its colorful petals highlighting the eight dimensions of well-being. What you may not know is that U-M offers a breadth of resources for each dimension. While much attention is paid to physical health and emotional and mental well-being, the other dimensions are also important.
From resources listed in this newsletter to tools like the MHealthy Portal (which includes the annual health questionnaire and goal-setting that benefits-eligible employees can access to earn $75), there is plenty of information out there to help you create and reach your well-being goals.
